Eligibility to use the service

Users must have capacity under applicable law to form a binding contract to use SoulLabGo services. Access to certain paid features requires a valid payment method and acceptance of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, enroll in paid programs, or access restricted content. If you are under 18, do not provide personal data or attempt to register without parental or guardian consent.

You agree to use the services lawfully and not for purposes that infringe rights, facilitate illegal activity, or contravene applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

Some services or payment methods may not be available in all countries. Access is subject to local laws; users are responsible for compliance with applicable local requirements in Malaysia or their country of residence.

Account responsibilities

When creating an account with SoulLabGo you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must ensure personal details, contact information, and billing data are accurate and updated. Inaccurate information may limit access to services or delay support.

Protect your password and do not share account credentials. Notify SoulLabGo promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We employ reasonable measures to protect accounts but cannot eliminate all risks.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted in writing by SoulLabGo.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately. We will take steps to secure the account and advise on next steps.

SoulLabGo may suspend or restrict accounts that violate terms, pose security risks, or for technical or legal reasons. Suspension may be temporary pending contribute.

Service descriptions

SoulLabGo offers educational content, guided practices, workshops, and tools aimed at supporting spiritual growth for leaders. Content is developed for informational and personal development purposes. Availability of specific features may change and access may depend on subscriptions or one-time purchases.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features or content over time. We will notify subscribers of significant changes using the contact details on file or via announcements on SoulLabGo.digital.

Services are provided via the internet and depend on third-party infrastructure. We strive for reliable availability but may experience outages. SoulLabGo is not liable for interruptions caused by external networks or providers.

User rules and conduct

When using SoulLabGo services, users must adhere to the following conduct standards to maintain a respectful, lawful, and safe community environment.

• Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or that promotes violence.
• Respect intellectual property rights; do not upload or share content you do not own or have permission to use.
• Do not attempt to access restricted areas of the service or interfere with its operation, including attempting to bypass security measures.
• Avoid sharing personal data of others without explicit consent and do not solicit sensitive information from other users.
• Use professional and respectful language in interactions with instructors, staff, and fellow participants.
• Comply with instructions from SoulLabGo facilitators during workshops and live events for safety and constructive participation.

User content

Users may create, post, or submit content in forums, course discussions, or other interactive areas. By submitting content you grant limited rights to SoulLabGo to use that content as described below.

You retain ownership of content you submit, provided you have the rights to submit it. You represent that your content does not infringe the rights of others and complies with these terms.

By submitting content, you grant SoulLabGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and use the content to provide and promote the services, and to improve educational offerings.

You are responsible for the content you submit. SoulLabGo may remove content that violates terms or applicable law and may moderate discussions to maintain community standards.

Requests to remove user content will be considered in light of legal obligations, public interest, and platform operation. Removal is not automatic and may require review.

Intellectual property

All materials, activity, course content, and site design provided by SoulLabGo are the intellectual property of SoulLabGo or its licensors. Use is permitted only as expressly authorized by these terms or with written permission.

• Do not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from SoulLabGo proprietary content without authorization.
• Do not remove or alter any copyright, activity, or other proprietary notices from materials sourced from SoulLabGo.
• Requests to use SoulLabGo activity or copyrighted materials for commercial purposes should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Paid services

Some SoulLabGo offerings require payment, such as courses, workshops, or subscriptions. Paid services are subject to these terms and any additional terms provided at purchase.

Pricing for paid services is displayed at the point of sale. Prices may include taxes where applicable. SoulLabGo reserves the right to change pricing for future purchases without retroactive effect on existing orders.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge the specified payment method for the total amount due.

Subscription services renew automatically at the indicated interval until canceled. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions via their account settings or by contacting support according to the cancellation policy provided at signup.

Refunds for paid services are considered on a case-by-case basis, in line with any published refund policy for the specific product. Requests should be directed to [email protected] with purchase details.

Cancellation policies vary by service. Where immediate access to materials is provided, cancellation may not entitle the user to a full refund. Specific cancellation terms are disclosed during purchase.

Users are responsible for any taxes imposed by their jurisdiction related to purchases. SoulLabGo may collect taxes where required by law.

Price changes apply to new purchases after the change is published. Active subscriptions may be subject to billing adjustments as notified at least one billing cycle in advance.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of access until payment is resolved. We may use collections processes in accordance with applicable law.

Disclaimer

Content provided by SoulLabGo is for educational and informational purposes related to spiritual growth and leadership development. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or business advice. Users should seek appropriate professional guidance for personal concerns.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SoulLabGo's liability for any claim arising from use of the services is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid by the user for the relevant service during the prior 12 months. SoulLabGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Third-party products and services

SoulLabGo may integrate or recommend third-party tools, platforms, or content. These third parties are independent and have separate terms and privacy practices. SoulLabGo does not control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for their performance or policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services for users who breach these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or create security risks. Users may also close their accounts in accordance with account settings and applicable refund terms.

On termination, access to paid content may end and certain data may be retained for legal, tax, or legitimate business purposes. Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred prior to termination.

Privacy and data protection

Our privacy practices are set out in the SoulLabGo Privacy Policy. The policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how you can exercise your data protection rights.

Communications

By providing contact details, you agree that SoulLabGo may contact you by email, phone, or postal mail for service-related notices, updates, and administrative messages. Marketing communications will only be sent with your consent where required.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on SoulLabGo.digital with an updated effective date of 07-05-2026. Continued use of services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kedah, Malaysia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
